The Art of a Scientist began in 2018 with the goal of bringing local Durham artists and scientists together in shared exploration of creativity and visual communication. Returning from the pandemic, this year’s exhibit is themed “Renewal.” “Renewal, like spring after a long winter, is the return to something after a disruption, a crucial process in life whether watching trees bud bright green in the sunshine or animals return from migration, or even humans and how we find a return to “normal” after something has shaken our world”
