Aggregating and Visualizing Environmental Biological, Physiological, and Outcome Data in Acute Pediatric Traumatic Brain Injury

The aims of this study are to test the feasibility of collecting environmental and movement sensor data from pediatric patients at Duke Hospital and applying that data to aggregate omic and physiologic data to examine potential trajectories in short-term outcomes. This study lays the groundwork for future studies to develop algorithms that visualize the data for clinical decision making.
