Adaptive feature-specific spectroscopy

We introduce the Adaptive Feature-Specific Spectrometer (AFSS), a chemical-detection methodology that uses an adaptively reconfigured set of signal projections to drastically shorten time-to-identification in low-SNR situations. © 2009 Optical Society of America.
