Political Innovative Ideas and Influences of Mulla Muhammad Kazim Khorasani

Mullā Muhammad Kāzim Khurāsānī (1839-1911) has proposed a number of new and innovative opinions and initiatives on principles of jurisprudence. In this article, the most important innovations and modern political opinions are introduced and critically analyzed: The Scope of the Guardianship (wilāya) of the Infallible, The Infallibility of the Ruler, the Main Condition of a Lawful (mashrū‘a) Government, and The Supervision of the Jurisprudence over Legislation.
