Organic-inorganic electronic devices based on hybrid perovskites

Organic-inorganic perovskites were used for the fabrication of organic-inorganic light emitting devices (OILED) and organic-inorganic thin film transistors (OITFT). The combination of organic and inorganic materials allowed the advantages of better luminescence, conducting properties as well as thermal and mechanical stability and higher electrical mobility, besides simpler thin-film processing. The hybrid technology offers considerable scope of being used in thermoelectric, dielectric, photoconductive and magnetic applications.
