This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To determine the diagnostic test accuracy of magnetic resonance (MR) perfusion imaging in differentiating primary grade II gliomas from higher grade gliomas at first presentation. To determine what clinical features and methodological features affect the accuracy of the test. We will investigate the following possible sources of heterogeneity: glioma histology subtypes, surgical sampling method, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) magnet used, MR perfusion method, and post-processing techniques.
