Real-Time 4D OCT for ophthalmic imaging and surgical guidance

We report on new technologies for real time volumetric microstructural imaging in the living eye in vivo, with a focus on image-guided ocular microsurgery using an operating microscope-integrated OCT system with a stereoscopic heads-up display.
