Adaptive-optics high-resolution and high-speed retinal in vivo Fourier-domain OCT

We have combined a Fourier-domain optical coherence tomograph (OCT) with a closed-loop Adaptive Optics (AO) system. The AO-OCT instrument has been then used for in vivo retinal imaging. ©2005 Optical Society of America.
