Time and energy resolved probing of many-body interactions in graphene and heterostructures

We studied the electron-phonon and electron-electron interactions in graphene and its heterostructures using pump-probe spectroscopy. Graphene on hexa-Boron Nitride undergoes band structure modification, which affects the relaxation mechanisms of the hot carriers. © 2014 OSA.
