High speed spectral domain phase microscopy for quantitative cell surface and cytoplasmic flow measurements

We demonstrate cellular applications for high-speed SDPM using a system with 19kHz maximum line-rate. Two-dimensional phase B-scan images taken at 13Hz show flow sensitivity in a single-celled organism. © 2006 Optical Society of America.
