Combined raman spectroscopy and optical coherence tomography for measuring analytes in targeted tissues

© OSA 2015. We report the development of a combined Raman spectroscopy and optical coherence tomography instrument. The instrument was used to accurately measure physiologically-relevant concentrations of microbicide drugs in ex vivo tissue samples.
