Two-dimensional angle-resolved low-coherence interferometry with spatial scanning

© OSA 2020 © 2020 The Author(s) We present the integration of spatial scanning into a two-dimensional angle-resolved low-coherence interferometry system. We demonstrate collection of two-dimensional angular scattering over a three-dimensional spatial volume for a variety of samples.
