Successful treatment of pleural aspergillosis and bronchopleural fistula.

We report the successful treatment of a patient with a bronchopleural fistual and pleural aspergilloma. Treatment consisted of intrapleural instillation of amphotericin B and nystatin followed by creation of an Eloesser flap.
