SOCIO-DEMOGRAPHIC IMPACTS OF GENETIC DEFECT INCIDENCE USING GENETIC COUNSELING.

The paper has advanced a genetic disease incidence model using DYNAMO language. The model takes into account factors such as inbreeding, selection pressure, mutation pressures, and genetic drift, as modification to the basic random mating process. The role of genetic counseling, and of possible breakthroughs in medicine to counteract the transmission of affected recessive genes, are also examined.
