Quantization of the magnetic induction for two-dimensional electronic systems

In previous work, the concept of a quantized vortex was used to model the rational quantization of the Hall conductance for two-dimensional electronic systems. Here it is shown how the vortex model directly implies the concept of quantized magnetic induction in Condon phases. Such magnetic induction can be detected with use of nuclear-magnetic-resonance techniques
