Simplified technique for polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography
Published
Journal Article
A fiber-based polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography (PSOCT) system was developed by using a non-polarization-maintaining fiber and a single detector. From the three interference measurements, the total reflected amplitude, net retardance and net fast axis was measured. Maximum possible light incident upon the sample was attained by fiber polarization adjustors.
