Coronary thrombolysis in the treatment of women with acute myocardial infarction
Journal Article

Despite a higher in-hospital mortality that cannot be explained completely by age and comorbid illnesses, women clearly benefit. The relatively high rate of hemorrhagic complications requires further thought and investigation.
