Measurement of π0 multiplicities in π± p interactions at 10.5 and 15 GeV/c

Measurements of the differential multiplicity cross sections, σ(N, n0), where N is the charged multiplicity and n0 is the π0 multiplicity, are reported for π-p interactions at 10.5 GeV/c and for π+p interactions at 10.5 and 15 GeV/c. These cross sections are determined for N ≤ 8 and n0 ≤ 7. Values for 〈n0〉, f200(π0π0 correlation), and f20-(π0π- correlation) are also given. © 1978.
