Two dimensional arrays for real time volumetric and intracardiac imaging with simultaneous electrocardiogram

Design, fabrication and performance of a two-dimensional array operating at 10 MHz for real time volumetric and intracardiac imaging with simultaneous electrocardiagram was presented. Use of the device to monitor and quantify RF ablation study was demonstrated. A -6 dB fractional bandwidth of 27% and a 50 ohm insertion loss of -68 dB were measured.
