Circularly integrated bispectra: Novel shift invariant features for high-resolution radar target recognition

Novel shift invariant features based on the integration of the bispectra of range profiles along circles on the bifrequency plane are proposed for high-resolution radar target recognition. The proposed features are evaluated using a dataset of three scaled aircraft models and are shown to be highly discriminative.
