The Center for Inclusive Computing was founded in 2019. Housed at Northeastern University’s Khoury College of Computer Sciences, the Center was funded by a grant from Pivotal Ventures, an investment and incubation company created by Melinda Gates. The Center supports university computing programs across the U.S. in implementing evidence-based practices to bring substantially more women into computing.
