We have demonstrated a super-periodic metallic nano-hole array surface plasmon device for integrated biochemical sensing. The super-periodic nano-hole array device combines functions of sensing and surface plasmon resonance spectral analysis on a single device. © 2010 OSA/FiO/LS 2010.
