This chapter presents a pedagogical approach to Durkheim proposing three faces or three levels of Durkheim for undergraduate and graduate students. For the first level the students are given an initial exposure to Durkheim, typically through an introductory courses of sociology. The second level is more advanced, notably an undgergraduate level, where students take sociology of religion and sociological theory (depending on the academic institution, these courses may be open to both undergraduates and graduates). The third level is postgraduate level.
