A simple, rapid method to precisely locate mRNAs of intact mouse brain via fluorescence tomography

To precisely locate mRNAs of mouse brain, a simple, rapid method was developed via combining whole mount in situ hybridization and fluorescence tomography, with cytoarchitectonic landmarks provided by propidium iodide real-time counterstaining during the imaging.
