Imaging of human retinal flow dynamics using color Doppler optical coherence tomography

We demonstrate color Doppler optical coherence tomography for noninvasive cross-sectional imaging of structure and blood flow within the human retinal microcirculation. Imaging of blood flow dynamics enabled correlation of retinal pulsatility to phases of the cardiac cycle.
