Coats disease, or Leber multiple miliary aneurysm disease, is characterized by idiopathic retinal vascular telangiectasias that can occur with retinal exudates and exudative retinal detachments. In this chapter, we discuss the clinical features, optical coherence tomography (OCT) features, ancillary testing, and treatment of children with Coats disease.
