<p>Top somatic COSMIC variations were compared between 11 baselines and matched post-treatment CTC-DNA of mCRPC patients. Matched WBC DNA has been used as a reference control for somatic mutation. All the somatic mutations detected in CTCs DNA were validated in the COSMIC database.</p>
