Evaluation of n-12C scattering between 7 and 26 MeV

The existing n-12C elastic differential cross-section, analysing power and total cross-section data in the energy range from 7 to 26 MeV were analysed via a phase-shift analysis. A very good description of the uniquely large database has been achieved. The level parameters of 40 states or resonances in 13C were deduced. The values obtained for the n- 12C reaction cross section are larger than those given in the ENDF/B-VI evaluation. © 2005 IOP Publishing Ltd.
