Quasi-tem analysis of a novel coplanar waveguide and coupled structure

A novel coplanar waveguide (CPW) and coupled structure with a cylindrical conductor as the shielding are proposed. Simple analytic formulas for the capacitance per unit length and characteristic impedance of the structure are derived using the conformal mapping technique. The numerical results are in good agreement with those obtained by other authors.
