A method for the organ explant culture of fish kidney tubules

A method for long-term organ explant culture of isolated fish kidney tubules from two teleost species is provided. Tubules maintained normal structures for 8 weeks when cultured in supplemented CMRL-1066 medium in controlled atmosphere chambers. © 1983 Tissue Culture Association, Inc.
