Overview
I am a doctoral student at Duke University in the Integrated Toxicology and Environmental Health Program (ITEHP). I aim to work in the intersection of environmental toxicology, infrastructure, and public health. As such, I hope to utilize my training and experiences to support sustainable solutions to environmental health challenges globally.
Previously, I was an undergraduate at the University of Notre Dame where I studied Biological Sciences, concentrating in Infectious Disease & Global Health with a minor in energy studies. I worked in the Lamberti Stream and Wetland Ecology Lab as a research assistant, where I evaluated the impact of invasive vegetation (Elodea canadensis) on Pacific salmon in southeast Alaska. I received honors in biological sciences with the completion of a senior thesis surrounding my work on E. canadensis.
