Daisy Yiduo Zhang-Negrerie
Senior Lecturer in Chemistry at Duke Kunshan University

Zhang-Negrerie's research focuses on organic chemistry and theoretical chemistry. She has published over 100 journal papers and co-authored more than 10 books in chemistry and education, including “Atoms, Molecules and Clusters in Electric Fields,” “Advances in Organic Synthesis” and “Counting What Counts: Reframing Education Outcomes.”

Professor Zhang-Negrerie was born in Shanghai. She has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Calvin College and a Ph.D. in chemistry from The University of Chicago. Before returning to China, she was Professor of Chemistry at the University of Pau and Pays de l’Adour, France, and prior to that, she was a tenured Professor of Chemistry at Seattle Pacific University, a liberal arts university in the US.

She is on the editorial board of the new British Journal, JNMR (J. of Nursing and Medicine Research).
