Overview
I am a second-year PhD student in the Philosophy department, and my research is primarily situated at the intersection of cognitive science and moral theory. Most recently, I have been exploring the philosophical and neuroscientific literature on consciousness and its relationship to moral rights. Outside of my philosophical work, I have enjoyed working at the Thompson Writing Program (TWP) Writing Studio as a Graduate Writing Consultant since August of 2025, and I look forward to teaching my own Writing 120 course through the TWP as a Graduate Student Instructor in the fall of 2026.
