UROGYNECOLOGY AND COMPLEX GYNECOLOGIC RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY.
1) Johnson and Johnson Biswas Pessary Study:
Study to test biswas anti-incontinence pessary in women with stress urinary incontinence ws begun and completed in 1992, with data analyses ongoing.
2) Solvay Study:
Bleeding patterns in women receiving continuous estrogen and progesterone were studied. This study was completed in 1992, but data analyses are ongoing.
3) Solvay Study:
A 2-year study assessing bone mineral density and lipids in women receiving either estrogen or estrogen with testosterone was begun in 1992.
4) Comparison of posoperative bladder function in women undergoing abdominal sacral colpopexy with either Burch colposuspension or paravaginal Gynecologic Surgeons, March 1992.
5) Trent Foundation Grant:
A study of secuality and body image of women undergoing either vaginal preserving or vaginal obliterating operations for treatment of vaginal eversion was begun in 1992 and is ongoing.
