Dr. Becky Carson is a dual-certified pediatric nurse practitioner in primary and acute care and an instructor in the DNP and MSN programs at the Duke University School of Nursing. Her clinical background is in pediatric emergency and urgent care, where she continues to practice.
Dr. Carson's scholarship is shaped by her interests in education, clinical practice, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She is the producer and host of The Peds NP podcast, a nationally recognized microlearning podcast dedicated to the practical application of evidence-based practice for pediatric providers.
