Overview
Current research interests are in the causes of placental migration and the prenatal diagnosis of placenta previa and placental abruption. Also research interests are in the use of sonography for the diagnosis of fetal defects, especially gaining a greater understanding of the variation of normal appearances and the way sound interactions represent normal fetal anatomy. This is mostly the detection of in utero CNS abnormalities and distinguishing variations in normal fetal brain development from significant abnormalities.
