Overview
Wen’s research experience includes data management in national databases, longitudinal data analyses, and mix-effects modeling. Her statistical interests include machine learning, survival analysis and predictive modeling. Currently, her collaborative projects involve extensive utilization of Duke’s electronic health records to explore a variety of research questions from examining the effects of environmental exposures on asthma exacerbations in a pediatric population to providing quality improvement metrics on cardiovascular patients.
