Overview
Dr. Darla K. Deardorff is a Research Scholar with the Center for Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation at Duke's Social Science Research Institute. She is also a UNESCO Chair on Intercultural Competence at Stellenbosch University and Founding President of the World Council on Intercultural and Global Competence, a global NGO. She is author/editor of 15 books and over 60 published articles and book chapters. She is faculty at Harvard University and also holds faculty appointments at several universities around the world including in Japan, Canada, and South Africa. She holds a doctorate from NC State University.
