Served as faculty coach in a seven-week program sponsored by Duke Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Duke Health Perioperative Services.

Directed annual preparatory course in Washington, DC for junior faculty and practicing surgeons preparing for oral board examinations.
Partnered with Howard University Orthopaedics and national faculty volunteers; expanded to sites in New Orleans and Columbus.
Addressed strategies for navigating bias in high-stakes oral exam settings.

Designed and led a two-day mentorship program at the AAOS Annual Meeting for diverse medical students pursuing orthopaedics.

Commitment to advancing the next generation of leaders has been recognized nationally through awards and honors, reflecting both the depth and impact of my mentorship.

- Longitudinal mentorship for 4 DHIP Healthcare Administrative Fellows annually (2020–Present).
- Faculty mentor and sponsor for the Duke Pathway to Orthopaedic Mentorship (DPOM) Program, matching medical students with faculty and residents. (2022- Present)
- Faculty advisor and mentor in the Duke Health Advanced Practice Provider Leadership Institute (APPLI), 2021–2024.
- Advisory board member and mentor for the Feagin Leadership Program (2016– 2021), supporting scholars' leadership projects.
