Fioleda Kesseli

As Executive Director for Engineering Entrepreneurship, Fioleda Kesseli oversees operations for Duke's FastTrack medical device translator and the BRiDGE incubator within Pratt School of Engineering. With a background in surgical device development at two startups, Fioleda mentors student and faculty founders to support their product development from concept to commercialization. Her current research interests are synthetic and biological materials, surgical implants, and medical device design and development.
