Overview


Mr. McArthur has extensive experience in the electric power industry.  In previous roles in state government and with investor-owned utilities he has been involved in major policy and regulatory developments in the Southeastern part of the United States.  His interests are focused on the "utility of the future" with particular interest in state-level policies to reduce carbon emissions in the electric power industry.
