Joshua Stohl

Dr. Stohl earned a BS from the University of North Texas and MS and PhD degrees from Duke University. His primary position is the Director of the North American Research Laboratory for hearing implant manufacturer, MED-EL , located in the Research Triangle Park, NC. Research interests include signal processing for hearing aids and auditory prostheses, computational modeling of the auditory periphery, and the use of intracochlear and cortical evoked potentials in the development and refinement of methods for coding sound for users of cochlear implants.
