Kaitlyn Daly, BSN, RN, is a PhD student at Duke University School of Nursing. Her research interests center upon the intersections of food, faith, and health. Her current dissertation work seeks to explore and test the effect of prosocial eating beliefs on healthy eating. She is a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in acute care and eating disorder treatment. Ms. Daly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Marquette University with double majors in Nursing and Theology & Religion.
