Advising & Mentoring Summary

I have been actively involved in clinical research mentorship activities throughout my career. I currently have 5 mentees with funded research programs by NIH and the Brain and Behavior Foundation and 2 additional post-docs and junior faculty have applied for funding. I stay actively involved in mentorship activities through the Duke School of Medicine Office of Faculty Development and the Duke Clinical Research Institute (DCRI). My mentorship of junior clinical researchers has been facilitated in large part over the past 7 years by the support of the National Institute on Drug Abuse (K24DA023464).
