Overview


I am involved in research studies assessing the role of 3-dimensional radiation treatment planning in clinical radiation oncology. We use computer tools to try to make our treatments better by making them more accurate, and by better protecting non-target normal tissues. I am particularly interested in radiation effects on lung function, and have an ongoing clinical study looking at the local and whole organ effects of therapeutic radiation.
