Ming Yang
Associate Professor of Business Administration

Ming Yang is an Assistant Professor in the Finance area. He received his PhD in Economics from Princeton University. He won the Finance Theory Group Award for Best Theory Job Market Paper in 2012. Professor Yang’s research interests are corporate finance, microeconomic theory, and applied theory. His current work focuses on i) the interplay between security design and information acquisition (in a general sense) in corporate finance, ii) the role of information in supporting coordination. He teaches Foundations of Capital Markets for the Master of Management Studies program and Corporate Finance Theory for the Ph.D. program.
