Dr. Duncan is a nationally and internationally renowned physical therapist and epidemiologist, who is considered one of the world’s leading experts and consultants in the selection of outcome measures for stroke clinical trials. A recognized leader and innovator in stroke rehabilitation; she has dedicated her career to elevating the science of rehabilitation, improving the physical function of the elderly, and improving stroke care and outcomes. Most importantly her passion is to contribute to the implementation of evidence based practice models into community care.
