Current Research Interests
Broadly, my research interests are in topology/geometry, mathematical physics, and computation/intelligence. More specifically, I am interested in the subfields of quantum computation and algorithms, nano and molecular scale physics and biophysics, quantum states of matter such as topological materials and strongly entangled systems, and problems of artificial intelligence, especially world modeling for general AI and AI for scientific applications. I often work on projects aiming to use topology or geometry to develop new methods or insights for these problems that interest me.
