My approach is strengths-based, and I seek to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to learn new skills and improve their resiliency. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.
