I am a PhD Candidate in Political Science, with an emphasis in Security, Peace & Conflict and Political Methodology (applied statistics). I am the Graduate Fellow for the Duke Program in American Grand Strategy, a Spring 2021 Pre-Doctoral Fellow with the America in the World Consortium at Duke, and a 2019-2020 Junior Scholar with the Carnegie International Policy Scholars Consortium and Network. My research focuses on conflict resolution and foreign policy, and my dissertation examines the decision of third-party states to become diplomatically involved in a peace process, with an emphasis on U.S. foreign policy.
